Langdon Bay License Plate

This old license plate is about 39 years old and was pulled out of Langdon Bay recently with its sticker intact. I think the "Y" indicates a truck, and the "C" indicates a weight class, but I'd be happy to be corrected. I guess they made these license plates to last. Lately with the help of the Global Warming caused low lake levels we've cleaned out at least 200 pounds of stuff from the shoreline, with the odd gem being found, such as this plate or an unbroken old bottle, some of which may end up on eBay.
