Lost Lake channel

The Lost Lake channel leading to Lake Minnetonka. I think this was dredged before Pat Meisel was Mayor making that a few years ago. I recall there was a controversy over whether it should be done or not? This waterway is said by some to be the key to Mound's downtown. What I would like to see, is an effort made use it. Even though it may be easier to drive to Mound, just for the fun of it, get in a boat and use that to visit the downtown.
