From wcco.com: "Lieutenant Kip Carver of the Hennepin County water patrol says people need to treat each other with respect on the water. People are urged to be especially cautious on and around rivers -- which are moving more swiftly this time of year because of recent rain.
Carver also warns that the temperature of Lake Minnetonka is just 65 degrees and that prolonged exposure to water below 70 degrees is not recommended."
