As people continue to seek "greener" alternatives in everything from their food to transportation, more engaged couples are taking the plunge into conservation efforts for their wedding day, too.

Tim Reese, a farm supervisor for the Three Rivers Park District in Minnesota, says each year more couples inquire about what they can do to leave less environmental impact on their wedding day.

At Gale Woods Farm, a working educational farm in Minnetrista, Minn., a few couples have even served their wedding guests organic chicken and vegetables raised on the site."  Gale's Woods
