Redevelopment Updates for Mound Minnesota

From the City of Mound's Webpage: "The City Council will hold a special meeting to run
concurrently with the HRA on March 27, 2007, at 6:30 p.m. in the council
chambers of city hall. Purpose of this meeting is for downtown Mound
redevelopment updates."
It occurred to me lately that we might be able to come with ideas for putting Harbor Wine and Spirits back in the black, or more in the black, whatever the case may be. I'd appreciate your comments on that. My idea is for the liquor store to sell their sweatshirts that you see some of the employees wearing, to the public. I believe they have, "Harbor Wine and Spirits" printed on them, and we could wear them to show our support for the store. And why not "City of Mound" T-Shirts or sweatshirts?
