Spring Park Council decides to review condo project

I guess we can say that the development of housing in Spring Park continues. Eric Serrano writes about it in this week's Laker.

As I have mentioned before, is the problem in Mound, not enough housing? If we had to say we had one problem in Westonka, that wouldn't be it, in my opinion.

There is one thing I learned at the U of Minnesota that I don't think I will ever forget. It was in a marketing class that all future accountants had to take. It was: Sell people not what you have, but what they need. This is because if you sell people what they don't need, they wont be back, and may form a negative opinion about you.

What are we being sold?

      Yes, I too remember that Marketing Class. I was a sales and marketing professional for sometime prior to my entering the restaurant business and was taught and learned: "If you sell people what they NEED, you will make money." If you sell people what they WANT, you will make a LOT of money.
