More information on Greg Skinner's election

At the recent Mound Council meeting, a decision was made to have the Minnesota Attorney General look at the situation of Greg Skinner being both a Councilman and a city employee. There was a question of how could so many people know that this was going to be discussed because it was a late addition to the agenda? It would be my opinion that, there were a number of people who spoke at the meeting in support of Skinner.

Kandis Hanson offers this to hopefully clarify the situation, "Below is the email that went out noticing members of the council of an addition that would be made to the agenda at the Nov 14 meeting. The point in time at which it was sent was the same point in time at which it became "public information," not the next day at 7:35 pm. This addition of an item to the council agenda is a common and routine practice." Complete:
