"Ordinance 290, effective as of this publication, rezones multiple parcels throughout the City in accordance with a recently approved Comprehensive Plan Amendment. The amendment was a product of extensive public input focusing on residential development densities throughout the City and the requirements put forth by the Metropolitan Council. The amendment was initially approved on July 10, 2006; and formally completed by the City on November 8, 2006.
