Mound Minnesota is working on another year of street reconstuction and the related assessments to propery owners, who should end up paying for about 2/3s of the cost while the city picks up the last 1/3. In past years the assessment has been on a per unit basis. A "typical" assessment will be about $3,900. Of course the city has said this could change and is only an estimate. See the list here:
