More on Skinner's election

As previously mentioned, Mound's Council is trying to the answer the question, does Councilman elect Greg Skinner who has worked for the city for many years, have some inherent conflict of interest because of his day job?
Councilman John Beise made a point that I liked, "neither is legally binding" when referring to first, the opinion of City Attorney John Dean, and then to the forthcoming Attorney General's opinion. The Laker's Amanda Schwarze covers this this week:
