Abandon Grandview Middle School?

To the best of my knowledge, here is the 2nd question on the ballot. Yes, it is from Citizens For Common Sense as I couldn't find it on the District's site (If this is not the question, please inform me of that.):
"Westonka School Ballot Question 2: Westonka ISD277 is requesting authority to issue...a $57,985,000 bond to build a new middle school to be built attached onto Mound Westonka High School; upgrades to Shirley Hills Primary School, upgrades to Hilltop Primary School, upgrades and an addition onto MW High School; abandon and sell Grandview Middle School; purchase additional land adjacent to MWHS for physical education and athletic programs.
Vote Yes or No. By Voting "Yes", you are voting for a property tax increase."
I believe the point was made recently in Laker that Grandview may not be demolished, it depends on who buys it. I can't see much of a chance of it not being demolished if this goes through. What else could it be? Perhaps a private school. So how is this whole situation like in 1999 when they demolished the old High School?
